Baglady at Portadown River event

Baglady was invited to Portadown for their first-ever River event - when hundreds gathered in boiling weather to enjoy a day of music, river rides and other treats for children; and raise funds for Dive and Rescue.

But while we had fun on the banks of the Bann, 30 divers from north and south of the border turned their attention below the water, bringing up skiploads of rubbish to be removed by Craigavon Council. Watch the video to see the rubbish and what we’re doing about it.
