i have been to Ballymena many times in the last year and i think the council should clear up all the old rubbish in the hedgerows and near the river and near sainsburys and along galgorm road and in the grounds of galgorm castle and around the motte and the nice area around the ecos centre. and put more rubbish bins up for people to use.
it might be hard for people to have respect for an already dirty enviroment… and the council could lead by example.
