Perhaps everybody could bring reusable containers to the market that day (and every day). For example:

    1. Bring a cup for your coffee, and ask the stall holder to encourage people to reuse their cups if they do take disposable ones.
    2. Bring a washed out flora tub for olives/cheeses, etc.
    3. Bring a reusable shopping bag to put purchases into. If you have a few shopping bags, you could bring some extra for the shopping bag display.

I’m loving the idea of bringing your own containers for the goodies, etc. it’s so important.
I brought a plastic container to a salad stall before, the server didn’t really know what to do but she was definately impressed, it’s so easy to do and saves so much waste packaging.
